Are you ready to raise your bar? Need help keeping it up there?

Group coaching is ready to support and sustain you for 10 weeks as you learn and install 10 healthy lifestyle habits based on Cate Stilman's book BODY THRIVE, Uplevel Your Body and Your Life with 10 Habits from Ayurveda and Yoga.

Learn to live skillfully and gain traction, as you go with the flow  of nature while harnessing the law of attraction to create your desires.

Classes are starting January 23, 2017 through to March 27, 2017 with the City of London Recreation and Activity Program.  This is a NEW class.  I am so excited! It is going to be awesome as it can change your life. It did mine.  Classes are Monday evening from 8:00-9:15.  The fee is $135.00 and includes the book and workbook. Doing the book club with Kathleen was the best thing I took the time to do for myself.  Surrounding myself with beautiful like minded people helps to make you feel amazing and that is what it just did.  Along with the learning of life skills in daily diet and the law of attraction.  Who would have thought how amazing "Weeds" are for your overall health.  I would do this again in a heartbeat...thank you so much❤️. I signed up for the book/coaching club because of curiosity – I knew very little about Ayurveda but was interested in exploring ways in which I might lead a healthier life. Kathleen led us through a chapter in the book each week with her depth of knowledge from yoga and many other areas of study and personal experience, embellishing the content and opening my mind and heart to a whole new world.  She challenged us to try new things and by following up to see if we had has encouraged me to adopt several new healthy habits as a result.  I would sincerely recommend the book club and Kathleen as a warm, compassionate and effective coach.
