Habit Success: Are you struggling to create and sustain a simple end effective daily exercise routine? Learn and apply the science of daily habits and accountability to create a 10 minute a day movement routine with a life coach by your side. Together we can make it happen and achieve consistency with daily habit success!

Mindfulness and Meditation: Meditation is the greatest gift that you can give yourself.  In this program you will discover how learning and practicing mindfulness and meditation empowers you to be more resilient and to live a more skillfill life.

Yoga Class: Improve muscle tone and increase flexibility. This 75 minute class will focus on muscle stretching and poses combined with breathing and relaxation techniques. Great for the beginner but all levels are welcome.
