Mindfulness and Meditation: Meditation is the greatest gift that you can give yourself.  In this program you will discover how learning and practicing mindfulness and meditation empowers you to be more resilient and to live a more skillfill life.

Law Of Attraction: Are you ready to take control of your life?  Learn and apply simple tools and processes to empower yourself to create your desires.

Yoga: Improve muscle tone and increase flexibility. This 75 minute class will focus on muscle stretching and poses combined with breathing and relaxation techniques. Great for the beginner but all levels are welcome.

Law of Attraction: 

I had reached this point in my life where I was exhausted mentally, I felt defeated and like I had lost who I was and what I wanted totally. For a few years I had been focusing my energy on other very important things in my life but didn't realize by doing so I was draining myself of everything I needed. 

Early 2018 I had decided to take a leap of faith and start to go out of my comfort zone and challenge myself in new ways. I found Kathleen's class in the Spectrum magazine and took that leap and signed up as soon as I could. I can't even begin to describe how much the the Law of Attraction course has helped me realign myself and help me to put the pieces of myself back together, pieces I didn't even know were missing. 

The course has helped me to challenge some of my own beliefs and why they are there. It's helped me to learn that I need to take care of me and my energy above all else. 

I've also been able to challenge any negative thinking I may have. On those hard a stressful days I can recognize when I need to step away and breathe and take a moment to switch my thinking. It was an incredibly enlightening and eye opening course that came into my life and the right moment. 

Thank you Kathleen for all of your teachings and truly showing me I am worth it.

Yoga:

I have practiced yoga on and off since I was in my early twenties, stopping when life got too chaotic, or to engage new physical activities. However, I have always drifting back to yoga for the multiple benefits of its practice. 

Now in my early sixties, I understand that finding the right yoga teacher for me is key to really experiencing the full spectrum of what yoga practice has to offer.  The physical part of yoga “the poses” are performed different by each student, as they are dependent on each individual’s range of motion. 

Kathleen encourages each student to focus on their own practice, to work at their own pace, and to listen to their body to determine when a pose doesn’t feel right.  While Kathleen demonstrates the proper alignment and flow of the pose, she encourages the student to decide when less is more, or when an entirely different pose is what your body is craving.  

Kathleen creates a calming atmosphere in her class, where the lights are dimmed throughout the practice.  I find this helps me to focus in on my practice, and not on the practice of others.  I leave her class much calmer than when I arrived.  I liken her class to a mini vacation from our very busy world.
